Located in the state of California and a city that was incorporated in Victor Valley of San Bernardino County. Apple Valley is one of the twenty-two incorporated municipalities in the state of California who opted to use “town” instead of “city”. The town is east of and adjoins the neighboring city of Victorville and Hesperia which is south of Barstow. Apple Valley is governed by a town council whose mayor changes each December.
