Located and nestled in San Bernardino County and is now the hub of the trucking industry in the region. The city was mostly rural, and when the steel mill was built by one of its founders, the town boomed and had grown to be the regional hub that it is at present. Fontana is home to the most critical system libraries, a municipal park, a renovated historic theater, and the famous Auto Club Speedway, which used to be the site of the historic Kaiser Steel Mill. At present, Fontana is home to a number of trucks and other industrial equipment sales centers and dealerships. It is also home to several small manufacturers of construction materials and other local products
