Glendora is located in the state of California and a city in the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County and is in the eastern part of downtown Los Angeles. Glendora is known as the "Pride of the Foothills" and is nestled along the foothills of San Gabriel Mountains. The downtown area is locally known as the Glendora Village, where you will see dozens of restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques that are found along Glendora Avenue. The history of the city reflects the neighborhoods and residences that range from Queen Annes to Folk Victorians. The buildings that can be found all over the city still have the middle 20th-century bungalows, ranch-style homes, and to its mid-rise multi-family residential dwellings.
