Between Los Angeles and San Diego, Huntington Beach is within Orange County in Southern California. The city sits on a sizable natural fault structure of the oil. Although the oil has already been depleted, there is still a slow continuous extraction that becomes part of the local income of the city. Huntington Beach’s tourism, service industries, and the technology have assumed a significant role in its changing economy, which also includes Boeing’s space center and a generating plant for large steams. The city has always been a popular attraction. It has been known as the “Surf City” with its 8.5 miles of magnificent beaches, mild climate, and year-round sunshine.
