Located in the state of California and a city in Santa Clara County, and is mainly situated with San Jose at the south and Fremont to the north, and wherein the rest of its limit boundaries run along north-south through the city. With Alameda County that has been bordering the city in the north, it sits on the extreme northeast section of the South Bay, which has been bordering the East Bay and Fremont.
