It is located in the Sacramento metropolitan area and the largest city in Placer County in the state of California. Roseville has an estimated population of almost 130,000 and has been consistently ranked as one of the best places to be in California. Residents of the city have been offered with its dense suburban feel and that most of them own their homes compared to those who are renting. Roseville was considered to be a railroad town for many decades, and during World War II, the rail yards around the city became the busiest more than ever. The post-war structures began to boom and have brought prosperity ever since. When the railroads were overshadowed by air travel and that the development of the national Interstate Highway Systems started to, the start of its decline fell. However, it remained and seen to stay for a long time, and it still is a significant employer for Roseville.
