Santa Ana is located along the Santa Ana River in the middle of Orange County, and the seat of Orange County’s government. Santa Ana’s name was also used to name the Santa Ana Freeway, the nearby Santa Ana Mountains, as well as the well-known Santa Ana winds, which have been historically known to have furled seasonal wildfires in Southern California. Being the government’s seat and as a travel hub are the only two out of the many things that the city is famous for. Residents know that in this city lies an artsy cultural downtown, which has been home to a funky collection of theaters, galleries, cafes, etc. Its warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters have always been ideal. During the summer, you can enjoy various outdoor activities and beautiful scenery that the city can offer.
