Located in the state of Florida and a city in Broward County. It is the primary city of the Miami metropolitan area. With the development that came to be known as Lauderhill, the city was originally called “Sunnydale”, however, the city’s name was changed to Lauderhill. The city was one of the two developments that began mostly as off-the-shelf Agricultural designs, the other one in New York, that were available to the public at Macy’s department store. The homes that were originally designed by Andrew Geller have been displayed originally at the “Typical American House” at the American Exhibition in Moscow.
