A suburb of Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, has a total population of more than 100,000. Located in southwest Broward County and was considered to be the best city in Florida voted to be one of the best places to live in. Not just in Florida but in the whole United States. The city has convenient access to the primary highways and interstates, entertainment centers, parks, golf courses, key employment centers, and various retail/commercial establishments. When the city was founded, it started and was cultivated to be an agricultural land where there are numerous dairy farms and even grew further after World War II as the servicemen were beginning to retire, which also included a large section of residents from the eastern part of the state. Pembroke Pines has over 28 superior parks and has a broad, lush landscape throughout its neighborhoods and its public places, which have enhanced the city’s South Florida charm.
