Located in the state of Idaho and a city in Ada County, the city has a population of more than 80,000, thus, making it the third-largest city after Boise and Nampa in the state. Meridian was considered as one of the fastest-growing cities among the fastest-growing cities in the whole United States. The majority of Meridian’s land area sits on a flat plain and is roughly in Treasure Valley’s north-central part. The city served as a crossing to several irrigation canals that generally flows from the south-east to the north-east.
