St. Paul is primarily located on the east bank of the Mississippi River and is adjoined to Minneapolis and forms the “Twin Cities.” The city is built to fit the Eastern standards with its city squares, towers, lofty arches, and Baroque domes, and has been called the last capital of the East. Residents have vast access to its culinary, cultural, and recreational activities why all vary by season. The snowy winter is an excellent opportunity for cross-country skiing along the chains of lakes adjoining the Twin Cities. During the spring, summer, and fall, the music will come alive with various music festivals, baseball games, and other recreational opportunities within the lakes in the area. St. Paul has been accessible to people living abroad. It is now home for residents coming from Mexico, India, Laos, and Somalia.
