New York City’s ancient bedrock serves as a foundation for today’s hundreds of breathtaking skyscrapers. From its museums, parks, posh neighborhoods, and shopping streets, the city is an urban jungle with so much to give to its visitors and tourists. The city is divided into five boroughs: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. It became an important trading port in the 1700s. It became the financial capital of the United States as it is the home to the primary stock market, One World Trade Center, and Wall Street. New York has more of these fantastic structures than any other city in the world. The city has become diverse and the most populated in the United States with its often changes; it attracted constant internal migration. With over 8 million in population, the common moniker “the melting pot of the world” has become true to the city. You can walk around, and you can find almost every language and race there is in the world.
