Allentown is located in the eastern part of the state of Pennsylvania and home to the iconic Liberty Bell Museum. Allentown has a quiet architectural history that has blossomed into a metro area. Where much of the city's modern charm came from its various and massive collection of historic buildings, homes, structures, and century-old industrial buildings. The neighborhood is a blend of Victorian and Federal-style houses. Over the years, architects have modernized and have converted numerous closed mills and manufacturing buildings and turn them into apartments and lofts. It is quite reasonable to know that the average home prices in Allentown are below than most of the other major cities in the metro areas, as many apartments and rental units can cost less than $1,000 a month.
